Anthony Anspach – Managing Member
Anthony is a founding member of ARRK Enterprises, LLC and has been the heartbeat of our growing company. Anthony grew up in the East Mountains and now resides in Albuquerque with his family. He started his career in construction as a fine metals or clean room welder. He worked as a private contractor at Kirtland Air force base as a high purity welder. Anthony has been instrumental in negotiating contracts on behalf of many of our customers; saving them money and providing the highest quality product available at affordable prices. Anthony has a heart for family and community. He gives back by volunteering with Love ABQ and has participated in fund drives for the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
Melanie Anspach – Member
After graduating with honors, Melanie was a member of The Army Nation Guard stationed in Minneapolis, MN. While serving, she took design classes at UMN. After a move to Seattle, she obtained her certification as a Medical Assistant and worked in the field for ten plus years. Melanie then made a move from rainy Seattle to sunny NM and her love for two wheels landed her a job at an Albuquerque Harley dealership as a sales person; this is where she met her husband Anthony Anspach as he was getting this company off the ground in 2012. She has been a part of the company ever since. Melanie serves her church and community through Love ABQ, a volunteer organization feeding the hungry of Albuquerque.
Margaret Schaben – Member
Margaret graduated Magna Cum Laude at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She majored in math, and minored in French. She served in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1993 as a scientific analyst while stationed at Tinker Air Force Base. She also worked at Communications Command as well as AWACS. She also served as a supervisor of the Recruiting Service in Oklahoma City. Margaret received an honorable discharge as Captain. Margaret returned to school to graduate with high honors as a registered nurse in 1996. She then worked as a surgical nurse at the OU Medical Center, Trauma Service where she specialized in cardiothoracic surgery. She then spent a year and a half working as a surgical nurse at the VA Medical Center. In 2009 Margaret began working as a Nurse for Rehabilitation Medicine of Oklahoma where she handles workers compensations injuries, including rehabilitation, pain management, treatment recommendations and finalization of treatment. Margaret and her husband own and operate Wildhorse Canyon Farms and Winery , LLC - Established in 2010.
M. Stephen Wilson, M.D. – Member
Dr. Wilson is a graduate of The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha-Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa and went on to the Orthopedic Surgery residency program at the University of South Florida. He has published over a dozen peer-reviewed research papers and continues to contribute in the research of on-the-job injuries. Dr. Wilson has been very active in multiple local, state and federal organization including the Oklahoma State Medical Association, Tulsa County Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Orthopedic Trauma Association, and the Oklahoma Society of Orthopedic Surgeons, as well as a founding board member of the Oklahoma Pain Society. Dr. Wilson is Certified as an Independent Medical Examiner for the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Court of Existing Claims and Commission. Dr. Wilson joined ARRK Enterprises, LLC January 2017.
Robynn Garcia – Office Manager
Robynn graduated top of her class as an honor student, and began her path in the medical field working in the cardiology department at UNM Hospital. Through hard work and study Robynn has received here national accreditation in nursing. She spent ten years in chronic disease management working for the Iowa Health System. Robynn also has a strong back ground in accounting specializing in Accounts Receivables. She and her children made the decision to move back to Albuquerque in 2014 to join Team ARRK. She has embraced the challenge of all aspects of running the company and especially enjoys her interaction with our customers as our primary customer service manager. She also wasted no time participating in the community outreach programs currently supported by Team ARRK and has volunteered with Love ABQ and homeless outreach ministries.
Kerry Snell – Sales Manager
Kerry is a 35 year ‘native’ of New Mexico who has spent the majority of his career in Food Service. He has performed duties from bus boy to general manager and has spent the last 5 years in the Chemical / Ware-wash Industry. Kerry joined Team ARRK in 2014 as a sales associate and installer. He is skilled and trained in dish machine repair and maintenance as well as the proper use and ratios of chemicals.

William Moore – Delivery Specialist
William joined ARRK in December of 2017. His lovely wife is Belinda and he's the proud father of three amazing children. William is a Marine Corps Veteran and served this great country during Desert Storm. In his free time, he enjoys music, football and spending time with his dogs.
Taylor Morlen – Office Manager
Taylor made a move from Albuquerque and joined ARRK September of 2017. She brings excellent work experience with her, making her the perfect candidate for Office Manager of our Oklahoma Branch. She has previous office manager experience as well as pharmacy assistant experience. Her efficient work ethic and attention to detail makes her a crucial team member. Taylor keeps ARRK current in the media outlet and organises/executes all online marketing plans for the company. In her spare time, Taylor still enjoys bringing her five plus years of florist experience into wedding planning. She also volunteers her time, most recently with the Ronald McDonald house, proudly serving the community of Albuquerque.
Perry Wade – Warehouse Manager
Perry Wade is joined us at ARRK late in 2014. Perry spent the last 5 years in the H-VAC and related fields. He is trained and experienced in plumbing, electrical and mechanical maintenance and is in training to become Team ARRK’s dish machine service technician.
Brandon Schaben – Sales Associate
Brandon Schaben joined ARRK Enterprises in early 2017. Brandon has worked in several industries including restaurant service, construction and owns a vineyard/winery that he started working on during his senior year in high school. Brandon is also a qualified golf teaching professional and volunteers his services to many of the local school golf teams in the area. Brandon especially enjoys working to help others succeed and never backs down from a good challenge.
